3️⃣ Toggle the switch ON to activate it
🔴 Note: Drip campaigns do not send retroactively—records must meet the start status criteria after activation to be enrolled.

📌 To create a new drip campaign in Shape:
1️⃣ Navigate to Sales & Marketing → Drip Campaigns
2️⃣ Click “Add Drip Campaign” in the top right
3️⃣ Configure your campaign settings:

✔ Record types (Leads, Contacts, etc.)
✔ Start/Initiation status
✔ Stop statuses (to remove records when criteria are met)
4️⃣ Click "Save & Continue" to proceed
